Help Desk : EMail

ISOT provides two (2) methods of sending/receiving emails.
Click on either method for more help or setup instructions.

  1. WebMail - is a webpage which you can use any Internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, FireFox, etc.  It let you access your emails without any other configuration or software such as Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.  Using WebMail is flexible, as all your emails are stored on the server, which can be accessed at anytime or from any place in the world.  WebMail can be accessed at http://mail.isot.com.

  2. Email Client Software - is a software that is installed or can be installed on your computer.  Such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, Eudora, etc., are email client software.  Using Email Client Software, all emails are downloaded from our server and on to your computer.  Email Client Software requires configuration, and once emails are downloaded, they are no longer stored on our server.

Which ever method you use to send/receive emails, you can use our WebMail to control SPAMs.  SPAM control settings from our WebMail effects both methods.
