If you suspect you may have a WinSock problem please follow these steps to attempt a repair.
 

1. Right-click this link and select 'Save Link Target as...' and save the file to your desktop.
    
2. Double-click winsockfix.exe to execute.



3. Click the Fix button.





4. Restart your computer.
